1 ½ cups smashed graham cracker crumbs.

6 tablespoons melted butter

2 teaspoons grated lemon zest

2 teaspoons lemon juice

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/3 cup sugar

1 ¼ cups heavy whipping cream

1 cup cream cheese
